Given the nature of service we provide and the fact we work with a number of builders and developers, we are familiar with working to time frames and always present our work in a highly professional manner.
Timbertown Kitchens has a highly skilled and professional team of subcontractors to do installation and refit work. We regularly communicate with each contractor to arrange installation schedules and to discuss any issues pertaining to the work they are doing. This is an effective way of sorting out unforeseen problems that may arise on the job.
Given these subcontractors have been doing work for Timbertown Kitchens for several years; the quality of their work is assured.
Timbertown Kitchens and Glass are committed to Quality Control to ensure jobs are correct before leaving the factory.
We have Quality Control in the factory and each employee is responsible for checking that his part of the work is correct before it moves on to the next stage. The foreman is responsible for checking the final part of each job before it leaves the factory.
Each subcontractor is responsible for removing any waste material from job sites and that it’s taken to designated waste depots.
Subcontractors employed by Timbertown Kitchens have their own Public Liability insurance with an up to date copy of the insurance document kept on file by Timbertown Kitchens and Glass.
All subcontractors abide by the laws that govern Occupational Health and Safety and willingly follow any policies as directed by other agencies/companies.
Industrial Relations are not an issue that affects our subcontractors as they are all self employed.
We have in place the latest equipment including a Morbidelli Nesting Machining Centre. All work is computer drawn in Aspan & Cabinet Ware programmes.
Once drawn it is then transferred to the Mobidelli for cutting. By using this programme means all cutting of material is exact. This new technology allows for any shape to be cut by the nesting machine.
